San Diego Seals Announce Final Roster for the 2025–2026 NLL Season
The San Diego Seals today announced their final 21-man Active Roster ahead of the 2025–2026 National Lacrosse League season. Following a highly competitive training camp, the Seals have solidified a roster built on veteran leadership, young firepower, and elite defensive talent as they prepare to open the season on the road.
San Diego will kick off the 2025–26 campaign on Friday, November 29, in Ottawa before returning home for the team’s Home Opener on Sunday, December 14, at Pechanga Arena.

The Seals will travel to Ottawa for their first matchup of the season this Saturday, November 29, followed by a long-anticipated return to Pechanga Arena on December 14 for the Home Opener.
